The use of any images, videos, art, vectors, or other intellectual property without express written permission or an acquired commercial license is a direct violation of copyright law.

If you are found to be using images belonging to More Than A Memory LLC, or its assigns, in a manner that violates copyright or an agreed-upon license or release, legal action may be pursued.

In cases where a license is not present or is found to be violated intentionally; and where the person or entity infringing on the copyrighted material is found to be distributing the image, by digital or physical means, in exchange for compensation, monetary or otherwise; or is using the images as a means of advertisement or self-promotion, the matter will be will be pursued in court to the fullest extent of the law.
